ive given up smoking now since new years and never flet better,i think its important you are ready to give up,else its just not guna work,its still early days for me but im so positive ill never smoke ever again,strange feeling i walked into my friends house today that ive know for years and for the first time i smelt the steal smoke smell,not good,its not worht the health risks and aging of skin,ive gone cold turkey no patchs or help just my lovely mints!!!!

On Stopping smoking ..i also went cold turkey and stopped last may.

Just fighting the weight gain now

I know what you mean regards houses smelling, give it time and you will be able to tell who smokes just with them walking pass you.
