Patches or gum???
I read all these stories here about people who gave up smoking cold turkey and I look up to those people, but its just not working for me. I tried to give up smoking last summer, but it didnt work and after only 2 weeks I was back on the cigarettes. I want to try again now, hope it will be easier in winter, because of the smoking ban and the cold outside, but I dont want to go cold turkey this time, so Im thinking about gums or patches or something. Anyone has any good experiences with these? I don't want to read a book or listen to a cd or something, don't have time for that...
