I read all these stories here about people who gave up smoking cold turkey and I look up to those people, but its just not working for me. I tried to give up smoking last summer, but it didnt work and after only 2 weeks I was back on the cigarettes.
I want to try again now, hope it will be easier in winter, because of the smoking ban and the cold outside, but I dont want to go cold turkey this time, so Im thinking about gums or patches or something.
Anyone has any good experiences with these? I don't want to read a book or listen to a cd or something, don't have time for that...

Hello, I just wanted to say good luck with quit smoking. I quit 6 months ago using bioresonance in croydon, I had tried patches, gum, willpower several times but that never worked. To be honest i had almost given up when a friend of mine told me about this treatment using energy that she had seen on richard and judy, I thought anything is worth a try. It was amazing i dont know how it happened but when i walked out of there i didn't even think about smoking, now for someone who smoked 40 a day forever its is a miracle. Now that you mention it I think I've seen this on Richard and Judy as well. It was while I wasn't thinking about quitting, so I didn't pay much attention. I still didn't quit, had some stressful days and just need my cigarettes then.
I love playing the nicorette game and I hoped it would give me some more will power, but it didn ... is very cute though. I guess I shouldn't expect too much from a quit smoking game. x

I couldnt stop without nicotine replacement, i used the nicorette nasal spray and found it easy but understand everyone is different and some people find it difficult.

Nasal spray sounds a bit difficult to me, I'd rather have something easier.
I don't know which nicotine replacements I'll use yet, but while searching I found this cute game (http://www.nicorette.co.uk/freshfruitfreedom/) about quit smoking. Haha, maybe I can make gaming my new addiction
