Questionnaire help

Hi all!

I'm hoping that you would fill in an online questionnaire for my MSc Health Psychology dissertation. It asks about how you perceive risks and the results will enrich knowledge on the thinking behind individuals who wish to be smoke free. It takes around 15 minutes depending on the level of detail you wish to go into. You are invited to leave your email address if you wish to learn about the results when the study is completed.
