Boozetalk - inofrmation and advice

Recently I felt I have been drinking too much and wanted to cut down, both for health and financial reasons. I found a website called www.boozetalk.co.uk They have some good advice, a quiz and a forum. The most interesting thing I found a cool downloadable programme called The Drink Diary Widget which helps monitor your drinking. I have been doing it for a week now so I'll have to see how it goes hopefully help me out.
