Break up

my boyfriend broke up with me two days ago over row in a pub. he has a kidney transplant and has been drinking allot ive tried talking to him but he wont listen on sat night we were out he was drunk again we were in a groupe of people and i seen him getting up and leaving with another girl(a known dealer) so i just thought they were gone for a cigarette about 20 mins later he hadnt came back so i decided to go for one myself then i found out he was outside smoking drugs with her later when i questioned him about this he was too wasted to talk and eventually told me to go home so i did.the next day when i called over to him he told me that we were finished and he wanted nothing more to do with me, i wasnt too shocked because he always dose this when were fighting, for the last few days we've been down each other's throat's and when i got really upset he told me that i should just give us another few day's and then everything will be ok but he's always doing this the last time we got back together i told him that it couldn't happen again and here i am now the worst thing is that it's valentines day and we had a weekend away booked in scotland next weekend which i paid for i'm so confused i dont know what to do

Its a difficult thing

My friend's husband has had a kidney transplant..for a man to go through dialysis and brush with death can really mess with their brains..they think , well I am on borrowed time, so I may as well try and do everything.
They split up , regularly..he now has high and rushed expectations (not usual in a man his age) and fails to meet them and gets on a downer.
He goes mad with money too,like a man on borrowed time.
The hospital where he had his transplant should offer councelling. you BOTH need it . he has to take loads of tablets everyday (with side effects) just to stop this thing thats keeping him alive from rejecting him.
A side effect also means he can't get hard as easily- ask any man to deal with that!Likely he wil get drunk & avoid it.. by the way my friend uses a herbal remedy that is fantastic..so no viagra..another drug.his behaviour although alarming is pretty normal..not good but understandable..you need support.there are kidney transpant chat rooms (I think) or the hospital should be able to help..don't be afraid..they are used to this.He HAS CHANGED its t you

hi thanks for getting back to me i suppose it dose make sence that he would like to live life to the full but we have no problems in the bedroom department if anything he has an unusally high sex drive. ah but sure ive given him 3 years dont think i'm going to give up now just wish he wasn't so stuborn but thank's for getting back to me its good to see a different perspective
