ok i know the economy is a mess but why all the scaremongering in the media? it will only make people reluctant to spend their money on anything except necessities (and Netto will triple their profits lol). sooo depressing tho - a few years time and i'll want to get on the housing market - sob. is anyone out there having problems borrowing (or even attempting to borrow?)

Hi Jenni. I can totally relate to what you're saying, the last thing the economy needs is low consumer spending. As for asking my bank for money, I haven't even tried as I'm pretty sure they'll laugh in my face!
