i want to use a tampon but i have no idea how to and worried it will hurt could somebody pls help me and tell me how to do it

u shud get the 1s with an applicator first of all thier the easiest ones to use and the instructions should be in the box , you should also get the light tampons as thy are fr begginers , its easy after that first time so good luck mate xx

hey, you dont need to worry about anything. just relax before doing it thats the most important part. bend your knees a little, breathe and slowly push it up. you will feel if its the right place.
