Polycystic ovaries..and no real cure to get rid of hairs..what do i do

hiya, im 19 and have suffered with polycstic ovaries for years so has all the women in my family, i have hair just about everywere, i have tried waxing, plucking, hair removal cream, shaving, electrolysis, and laser treatment and nothing works..i have no idea what to do but lately iv started to develop hair on my neck and chin and breasts ..this is the final straw i need something that will get rid of them for good please if you know of anything can you please help me x
