How to loose weight off the thight and bum??

Hiya,

Im new to this site and dont really know much about it yet. Im wanting to loose weight off my thighs and bum as i feel bottom heavy, lol. im a size 6 waist and an A Cup, but my have big thighs and bum and feel like i look out of proportion. Ive trired all sorts to loose weight but when i do it just drops off my boobs (well, what i have left of them, lol) and my stomach. Anyone have any advice on how to work on these areas only?

Here a few tips

Well when we lose weight, we normally tend to lose weight everywhere and not in one part only.

Anyway I can give you the following tips to lose weight

1)Keep under control the total calories you eat; this is a must! You should count the calories for each bit of food, in particular dressing. It can be very handy to use a software to do that, it makes everything easier. I like to use a diet-builder, have a look to these pdf file to get an idea what a software should be able to do

2) Make 3-4 times a week intermittent exercises. That means do a very intense exercise (like a run) for 10-12 seconds than rest for 40-60 seconds than repeat these 2 steps for 10-20 or even 30 times. It looks like this is very good in burning fat in those areas that you desire to lose fat!

3)Eat spicy foods and drink a lot of green tea. A cup of tea (without milk and sugar) can be drunk every 2 hours easily.
4)Be systematic and do not fall in temptation. Do not keep at home comfort foods they will cry all day long to be eaten...
