Me and my work mate started a diet last week but she isnt sticking to it and keeps coming back with chippy!
I'm Kate and I'm 19. I'm about 5'4" and weigh 9 stone 6. Would really love to get to about 8 stone.. I feel so much better when I'm skinny! And that's just on the borderline of a healthy BMI too.
I've been eating 1000 calories a day, healthy stuff, not just 1000 calories of chocolate bars lol and been doing 30 sit ups a day as well as other simple exercices. But I've only lost 1lb which is a bit sucky.
How are you doing??
