Eurodiet - beware of md shirley gibbons

Having been a dieter (on and off) for over 40 years, it has been very difficult for me to loose weight. I hit on Eurodiet and after a week I had lost 4lbs. This was terrific news for me, but unfortunately earlier in the week I had been feeling very low (more to do with other things rather than diet) and had sent an email which apparently upset the Managing Director of Eurodiet - Shirley Gibbons. Her reaction was to say that I wasn't a suitable candidate for Eurodiet and she is refusing to deal with me (I'm meant to be getting my £100 back, but I'll believe that when I see it!). I stooped very low and pleaded with her to allow me to continue, but her reaction was "I've made up my mind".

Has anybody else come across this "lady"? Please answer this thread if you have.
