I am also looking for a buddy, not really sure how it works but been trying to lose weight for a while now and the motivation just keeps slipping. I am Australian but living in the UK and finding the weather another reason to keep eating lol.
So you want to lose 4 stone , sounds like a good goal, i am not very tall and my goal is to lose 2 stone. I find during the week i am quite determined until i get home from work and i just let my self eat anything.
What plans have you got in place to reach your goal? I would be interested to hear your thoughts and how we could best work together to support one another?
Potentially for me i really need someone to keep me accountable? I am constantly starting my diet the next day and never really acting upon it ?
