Starting cambridge diet on saturday. any other newbies?

Hey I started the cambridge on Sun.......I have 5 stone to loose and am hoping to loose 2 before christmas with the inlaws......hehehe....
I think I need the sole source 'cos I struggle with portion sizes.......
oh and a wee tip for you the water is soooooo helpful.........I hate drinking it.......coke is my vice but the more I drink water the more weight I loose( im going by the last time I was on the diet and let my will power go n cheated)

Neways I wish you all the luck in the world.......If you get past the 1st month the rest will be easier cos you will actually start to see the weight coming off!!!!

Broccoli and cheese soup

Hi Shell,

I started the Cambridge diet today and had the cheese and broccoli soup, it was so disgusting I had to hold my nose and actually gulp it down.

Are all the drinks this disgusting?

Looking forward to the weight lose but so not looking forward to these drinks if they all taste like this one, could you reply and let me know what you thought was nice and what wasn't.

I have recently finished the Lighterlife and have decided to change to the Cambridge as it is half the price. I have emailed my local councillor and am looking forward to getting started. Do you know if there is a maximum duration you have to sign up for?

how did you do on lighterlife? iv heard the only difference is the price and less weigh ins.

they will set out a plan for you but no contract or anything like that so can stop whenever you want to.

im going to get my supply and im startting on saturday, not looking forward to being hungry but looking forward to being skinny!!
