Pu erh tea helping me loose weight!

Recently bought some pu erh tea from a website called www.tealife.co.uk cause i was told it will help me loose weight since Victoria B has been known to drink this. Been drinking it for about 2 weeks now i try to drink at least 3 cups a day and i must say that it does help, i feel alot better and started to see a difference in my weight. I'm thinking of drinking more is it recommended?
