Wedding weight loss countdown

Help! It has just hit me that i am getting married in a years time and although it seems like ages away everything i have read about it says i need to go dress shopping asap - trouble is im a size 18. i DO NOT want to get married this weight and really need to lose weight to be a size 12 ideally. ive tried i dont know how many diets over the years - but i kind of gave up and now i need to find something that will finally work. please let me know whats worked for you and if you're in the same boat as me it would be good to hear from you! thanks Jane x

Hi, I tried something new that a friend of mine recommended to me. it's not at all expensive and, the most important, it really worked for me! Because, till now, I tried almost everything!!! The only money you'll spend is for the post, handling and packaging fees for the herbal mixture they send to you and the quantity is for 1 month. And you have to follow exactly the procedure they explain to you, and each week to send them an email to let them know you did exactly the procedure. After one month you can check the weight you lost and you will be amazed! That worked for me

I didn't really make any effort, I just paid attention at what I bought; it was mainly fish,vegetables,fruit, and veal or chicken meat.
I didn't buy nor eat any oil,butter,cheese,cream,etc... it took me about 6 months to lose 10 kilos, yes ... 20 pounds. I am slim again and I feel fine.
I started also some gym at home, but it was not the most important.
Now I use olive oil again but in a spray-bottle, then you don't use much of it.

i think you are right - there are loads of manic diets out there but eating more healthily in general is going to be my best bet. shame it takes so long though - we all want super quick results eh?! im going to try and aim for half a stone a month and that means i will still have 6 months to look for a dress!
