Whats the best way ??
hi girls im new on this diet forum and from reading all the discussions on here ,my mind is boggled as to where i should start .here goes .i have not ever done a diet before as i have always been pretty happy with my weight but i want to lose the half a stone that i have recently put on .im 5'2 size 10 but slipping into 12 i weigh 10st .i know some poeple might say that my weight and size is fine and i should have nothing to worry about but putting on that half a stone feels uncomfortable for me can any one help and advise x thanks in advance x
