Lost 5lbs in1 week

i started my diet 7 days ago i joined a site called food focus which you type in your stats and your ideal weight and it gives you a target date and a calorie intake it cut mine from usual 3000 cal to 795 cal a day thought i wouldnt be able to do it (it gives you an option of how much weigt you want to loose a week max 2lbs) on the site you log everything you eat and drink , and it has an exercise log which has choices from running to scrubbing floors to show how many calories you burn the more you burn the more you can eat to stay at limit which means i can earn treats hehe, and as its all logged its easy to keep up with, also when i first came on this forum i was given info from lqbx on how to loose weight by dancing around whilst doing chores etc so im doing that also but just logging it as chores so think thats why i have lost 5lbs instead of 2 like the site says.
hope i get the same kind of loss next week but at least ive made a start on the weight put on over xmas

well thats a great loss, but i really think that less than 800 calories is way too low!!! especially if you are exercising quite a lot too!
i wont go on about it, lol, but i just needed to say it x
