Happy with my top half but not bottom half

Hi

I need some help or more info on what i can do!

I am 23 years old, 9stone and 5'5.

I have been a size 8 for years and recently my (bottom, thighs, hips) have put a bit off weight on. I was 8 1/2 stone 6 months ago, 9 stone doesnt scare me atall was just happy with what i was.

I have put on extra weight on my thighs at the side and backs of my legs and bum are very wobbly and have cellulite now

I know there are people more worse but its getting to me now! I have joined the gym where i will be doing running and spinning and do toning classes 2 times a week, also drinking more water and have cut down chips, crisps, chinese.

Was there anything else i need to do to loose this extra weight from my thighs??
