48 mircle diet

well on 48 mircle diet: no food or te or coffee for 48 hrs and u should lose 10 pounds. you have to buy a drink: 4fl0z mixed with 4floz of water sip it over 4hrs and do this 3 times a day.

started it this morning. very hungry but will keep it going: not looking 4ward to tea time.

hope you keep it up, im on day one of the lemon detox, finding it hard, need to lose 12 lbs! should take me 2 weeks!
