I am a newly trained fully qualified Cambridge Diet Counsellor based in Swanley,Kent and i cover areas such as Sevenoaks, Bromley, Orpington, Dartford, Sidcup etc.

I did the diet myself last year for my wedding, I started in January and by April i had lost 4 stone. I have kept this weight off by maintaining it. The diet doesnt just make you lose weight but it also trains your mind to eat and think healthier.
