Cambridge diet day 1 and struggling!

I have just started the cambridge diet today, and i am struggling so bad! I am craving food, i find the shakes a bit powdery and i seem to be able to taste all the minerals and vitimins. Is there anyone who feels the same as me?

Motivation and cd buddies would be great and help!!

Cambridge diet

I am not familiar with the cambridge diet...however..as a woman who has lost 100 pounds and struggles to stay there I always follow portion control eating. that seems to work for me.....eat the craving but keep it small.
what do you do on the cambridge diet?

VS

Cambridge diet

Hi,

I started on Saturday and have lost eleven pounds but in fairness I have a long way to go, so I would love to be your motivator and buddie - think we could help each other....

I don't like the sachets either!!

Hi, I was just wondering if you had tried the ready made briks? I don't like the powder sachet milkshakes either. The briks on there own taste funny as well i think but if you empty a chocolate brik into a really big mug and top it up with hot water it tastes just like normal hot chocolate, and fills you up more because theres more of it . How are you doing so far?

You can do it

It's all in the mind - let's do it together. Have lost 5 stone on Cambridge and have had 2 week relapse. Back on it today so would love to go through those difficult 4 days with someone to reach ketosis.

Hi

Hi,

I did the cd a year ago and lost a stone in a month. I too found the shakes powdery, however on week I was on the trek shakes and they taste really nice, even my daughter loved them when I let her have a sip! Hunger can get pretty bad. With some people the hunger goes but with others like myself its always there. Soon as your body gets into ketosis the weight drops off so do the inches.

So hun come on stick with it.
