Help why wont weight come off
hi every-one been on my diet now for 1 month and not lost a pound, ive been so good not touched anything fatty sweet drinking water all the time and a little white wine at weekends, doing exercises 4 times a week- swimming and interval training sit ups im 5'8 and weigh just over 10 stone i was looking to get to about 9,2 im slim but i,ve got this great big belly and love handle that just looks awful im currently wearing size 14 jeans, why wont this weight shift, a typical days menu would be 2 shredded wheat with skimmed milk and sweetner, then a brown pitta with chicken salad baked crisp and yogurt then meat pots and veg for tea, for snacks im having fruit any one got any tips cheers lisaxx
