Doing slimming world on my own!

Hi, I joined a slimming world class last summer with my Mom and my friend. I liked to diet but I found it hard to go to all of the meetings because of work comitments, and couldnt afford to pay for sessions I didnt attend. So I am going to try again but just use the books on my own at home. Has anyone tried this? I dont know if it will be too hard to stick too with no support from a group etc. Just after a bit of advice really, and wondered if anyone was in a similar situation?? Just to give you an indicationI am 5 foot 8 an weigh about 15 stone 12 lbs - 16 stone, I want to lose 5 stone in total, but my immediate goal is 1 stone. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Laura xx

Slimming world

Hi Laura

Greatto hearyouhave joined Slimming World. I have beenamember for some time now. THE DIET REALLY WORKS it you stick to it. It is not hard to follow i.e. red and green days. I seem to loss more weight on the green days.

however, at present am just playing with the diet and not going anywhere. I am thinking of doing a lemon detox for a week to get me going again.

Would be happy to exchange any ideas with you at any time

Go for it girl

Yay

Im doing slimmers i tried to do it at home but found it didn't work for me, as i didn't have the meetings to go to i found myself having one to many treats and then sat there wondering why the weight wasn't shifting!!
If you go to the class you could have a word with the consaltant and explane that through work commitments, you can't attend every week maybe you could try going once a month.
If you like i could give you the pass word every week for the online syns calculator and thingslike that, and if they have any new tips i will most certainly pass them on, let me know if your interested,
xx

.

Hi, Yeah that sound like a really good idea I still have the ladies number for Slimming World so might ring her and ask because my other friend does it (but not in my area) and she says she told them she worked Shifts (which isnt untrue) and that was ok. That would be a great help if you could give me the password each week I would really appreciate that. xx
