Herbalife - who's tried it?

I started the Herbalife weight loss programme a year ago, lost one and half stone and have maintained it for over 6 months now... it's the only diet that has ever worked long term for me. Tried all the others over the years, lost weight but hey 6 months later back to where I was before plus a little bit more.

I'm so glad that I've found something that works long term.

A friend tried one of Herbalife's products and I could see the results. It worked for her 'til now, she has kept her weight off.

I tried herbalife some years ago but it didn't help me much. Since the moment I start to use it...I started to have Kidney problems ((

The best diet is now working for me (after trying lots of them) it is this one: www.kot.fr (16 pounds / month)
