The website has the recipe on there etc. The diet flushes all the bad toxins etc from your body as well as shifting unwanted weight. The sea salt - water flush and laxetive tea is disgusting but is needed to remove the unwanted waste!! I've been drinking the salt water mix when I get home from work as I'm on the loo around 10 mins later  and Lax tea just before bed.
I'm on day three now and feel quite light headed. Not craving food at all. PRO PLUS really help when I feel really lifeless. I'm trying to drink plenty of water as well as the lemonade mix too. I am 5ft 4 and weighed 9st 4 at the start. Shall weigh myself soon to see if I have lost anything.
