Hello Ladies.

I am a persaonal trainer specialising in women who have PCOS. (polycystic ovarian syndrome)
I have the condition myself and have gone from overweight, spotty depressed PCOS victim to happy healthy & slim.

Symptoms can include:
Weight gain (hard to lose)
Acne
Infertility
Depression
Excess hair
loss of head hair
Mood swings

I have always had a massive interest in healthy eating and exercising, mainly down to having no choice as i know only too well how difficult it is to not let PCOS consume your life.
Exericise and eating the right food is as good as any drug if done the correct way, it improves any mood as well as symptoms associtaed with the condition.

My sessions are completely varied between clients, even if its just a chat about your diet youare after.
I am here to empathise exactly how difficult PCOS is to live with, so here to help if you are serious about helping yourself, it can be done.

Consultation is free (we can have a chat over a cupa)

I live in Hackney and have access to a ladies only gym in Islington, I cover most areas in east or North London but could come further.
