Maple syrup diet / master cleanse does it work

Hi Every1

I have been reading up on this this diet and am wondering if it is worth giving it a go? Has any1 tried it? Does it work? Can you eat or drink anything other than the "lemonade"?

I was thinking about sticking to the diet for 2 weeks then trying to do it Monday - Friday and let my hair down at the weekend? Also I'm not very keen on plain water but do drink flavored sparkling water which only contains about 10 calories per litre is it ok to drink that?

Would love to hear other peoples experiences.

Re master cleanse diet

Hi, I done the diet for 7 days and it was 1 of the hardest things iv ever done but the results wer amazing, I have put the weight back on but that is my fault for not resisting the macdonalds but Im sure you will do alot better than me!! good luck
