Just started
Hi there, i have just started on the CD today i have 1.5 stone to lose, am already panicking, at the weekend i binged on loads of junk food as i knew that i would not being eating anything decent for a few weeks, then later read that you should try and cut down on your regular food before starting on CD aaarrrgghhh!!. Am also taking a slimming tea wu-long and Acai berry tablets to see if it will help speed up my weight loss - their natural so should not have any side effects?? i don't want to be on step 1 for 5 weeks before moving up to the next step....... I must say though i am not hungry and have had today 1 porridge which has a very weird taste to it and 1 soup, i have also had my green white meal and am supposed to have another soup, but to be honest, i am quite full!!! if you don't feel hungry should you still eat the recommended daily amount? i so want to do this...i have been moaning about how i look for 5 years, although its not a huge amount of weight it is still difficult nonetheless. It was great reading everyone's encouragement and words of wisdom, hopefully by the end of the week i will be whooping with joy!!!
