Guys day 1 of the cabbage soup diet! i will keep you all updated!!!

Hay guys.....

Im 5ft 6inch and a size 12/14 and weight 12stone 2 lbs

Im currently on day 1 of the cabbage soup diet, i will stay in this diet for the next 14 days!!


So far so good,

woke up this morning and had a bowl of the cabbage soup

had a pear for lunch, not really feeling hungry, just wanting to eat something solid....like cake, lol!

How's your diet going?Was it fun? This is the first time I've heard about cabbage soup diet. I'm just curious, will it keep off excess weight permanently?

How's the diet going? Is the cabbage soup nice?

I'm doing ok, I ate an apple today just to eat something but I'm sure that won't do much harm

I've ran out of maple syrup and can't get it anywhere near my house so I bought Llyons golden syrup.....do you think it's the same sort of thing?
