Lemon detox diet

I'm new to this forum and after scanning the internet for days on the lemon detox diet i have finally bought all of the ingredients, as i feel i can do this as i have previously done the LL and Cd diets and successfully lost weight but again put it all back on if not more. Not only does this diet claim to fully clean you out but an added bonus to loosing weight aswell. I seem to be only able to do diets that you abstain from all foods. So if there is ayone out there that can advise a wee bit better on how to successfully do this lemon detox i would be gratefull as i'm a wee bit confused as to how many glasees you should drink also how many glasses of water inbetween.

How's your lemon detox going?

I tried it around february for 10 days & dropped 2 stone so am trying again for a longer period. I'm going for 20 days this time then 3/4 days easing myself back into eating with raw foods & juices.

I lost 12 & half stone previously through rosemary cnley but then gained 4 stone. Lost 2 stone after first attempt at theis but gained that back due to unhealthy eating habbits. I've got so much planned this summer & a wardrobe full of "slim" clothes that I cant get into!

Let me know if you need a buddy! As I could do with one

I have just completed 4.5 days of the lemon detox diet (unfortunatly couldn't last any longer!) and I managed to lose 7lb. I found the diet very hard to stick to, not that I was hungry but the "lemonade" didn't give me that bloated feeling I must enjoy from food

I drank the salt water in the morning and made up 2.5 pints of "lemonade" and put it in drinking flasks for work. I tended to drink the 2.5 pints throughout the day along with water when ever I went past a tap! From what I read you're supposed to drink 8-12 glasses of the "lemonade" a day but it didn't say how big or small a glass but the way I did it seemed to work for me.

Thanks for that , I'm gonna make the drink to the amount of half pint of water as most sites say to do so. I'm aiming for 10 days i'm currently weighing in at 13.8 stone, and my aim is to have abreak inbetween every 10 days for 3 days.

10 days!.....well good luck, I'm sure you'll do better than I did
