Choc, choc, choc!!!

I've tried for many years to limit my choc intake but I just love it. Does any one have any ways to curb temptation. I know it's the million dollar question. but any ideas greatfully received

I also love chocs There are really times I overindulge and I realized I don't feel good after that. So I started NOT to stack any chocs in my house (specially since I'm an indoor person). When I have the cravings, I don't deny myself because I noticed that when I deny myself, I only give myself a reason to binge on chocs and other sweets.The key is always moderation.
