Has any one tried the slimming tablets alli?

hello ladies,

i want to try the slimming tablets alli but was just woundering if anyone had tried them and if they worked? they are a bit expensive to buy and i dont know anybody who has tried them to ask.

hi im new to this site and i am trying the new slimming tablets Alli and they are not very good i have constant diarroeh this is the fat content coming out of your body but you have no control its not very pleasant and i have put weight on in the week that i have been using them

Hi there,

I had been taking Xenical for over a year (Xenical works the same way as Alli however it's stronger and only on prescription). My starting weight was 14.10 after having 3 pregnancies and not losing the weight inbetween I'd really let myself go. 18 months later my weight is 10.7 and still loosing however last month did take the desicion to stop Xenical only because i can still lose without them cause i have completely changed my liftstyle and now visit the gym three times a week and eat really healthfully. I've had support through my doctors and got weighed every 4 weeks to make sure the tablets are working ok and to check blood pressure ect ect.

What i would say about the tablets is they make you think really hard about what you are putting in your mouth because the consiquenses arn't very nice. They cause liquid stools and you can't even pass wind if you have been naughty !!!! Sorry to be so grim but it really is that bad.

If you are really ready to lost the weight then i think these tablets can help some poeple however not everyone does get on with them.

I think you should ask your physician's advice first before taking any slimming pills. Not all slimming pills have good effects. It's always best to seek professional advice before taking slimming pills.

hi, i tried xenacol they work in much of the same way if you eat too much fats you cant make the toilet, i was on them for 3 month and didnt lose any weight with them the only time i had to run to the toilet was boxing day after so much rubbish on christmas day, i dont eat alot of fats because of my gallbladdder but its up to you its a lot of money for not to work,

I have been taking them for a few days, I have not got onto the scales so unsure as to how effective they have been. WIll let u know once I have weighed myself....

yeah please let me know how your getting on with them, haven't really decided what to do yet, they are quite expensive, went to the doctors to see if i could get them on prescription but your BMI has to be over 30 and mine is 28.5.
