Hi there, was just emailing to see how you have done so far? I decided to loose weight in feb this year started off at 15st 2lb I was looking for a miracle pill or diet, meal replacement, anything really just wanted 2 go 2 bed n wake up a size 12!!!!! Lol Anyway decided didnt want to do any sort of meeting or class so just lent some weight watchers literature and devised my own plan. did do really well & went down to 11st 10lb by the end of may but have really slipped since then and am now back up to 12s 5lb so still 3st lighter but am going back on tomorrow The way I diet is realllllly boring but works I have 3 meals a day all healthy & low fat only drink water & 2 x coffee no snacks at all except 1or 2 pieces of fuit. I only weigh myself once a week in my local pharmacy as if i do it at home it sends me in a tailspin!!!!!! and then I have a tue evening off and have a takeaway as my treat for the week I also do a fitness dvd 2-3 times a wk I hope you are doing well on your journey youngmumof4 x
