Are you following a healthy diet, but not losing weight?
Hi everyone,
I'm writing a feature about how people underestimate their calorie intake. I need to speak to women who are currently trying to lose weight, but failing (and are between two and three stone overweight), and think they eat a healthy diet, so can't understand why the pounds aren't falling off. They'd keep a food diary for a week, then have it analysed by a nutritional expert to see where they're going wrong. This may be the answer you're looking for!
