In need of some weight loss support/help

I'm John from North Yorkshire

Just lately (Last few months) ive become...

how can i put it, quite a eater. I never was a much of a eater before, but now i just cant help myself, i can eat my dinner, and somebody elses dinner all in one go?!?!?

I've been thinking about ordering some Green Tea medicene to completely hold back my appitite, can anyone offer maybe something differnt or another way around this?

I'm just short of 6ft, 5ft'11, im 18 years of age, i weigh in at 13 and a half Stone, i used to be very slim and athletic.

i want to reach the target of 11 and a half stone, i know its a big margine but im really not confident in the way i look anymore. I really need to get this weight off to highen my self esteme as i am (hopefully) going into the army on the 20th of may and i would very much like to reach my target

I did a test online, it asked for my height, and age.

The test came back saying for my height and age i should weigh 10 stone 8 pounds...

Any help is so very much appreciated.

Just do simple exercises

Hi, I can relate to some of what your saying because I know how weight can affect your self-esteem especially if you just feel hungry all the time. Maybe it's your metabolism. I've made an exercise game for the pc, it uses one of those dancemat things and Id like to hear whether it could help you or not. You can see it at http://dmfitnessblog.wordpress.com/

Try meal supplements.

Have you tried using a weight loss program where you take supplements like shakes for either one or two of your daily meals?

My wife also loves her food and so she started with the ShapeWorks Program that really helped her. She never felt hungry whenever she took her supplements and also could eat her favourite food as part of the programme.

Losing 22kg in under 3 months was awesome and we've started our daughter with the programme. I also use the shakes as it gives me alot of energy that I never had before.
