Hi, new to the site....

just joined today, need to lose a couple of stone, but finding it heavy going (no pun intended!) I'm English but living in America now, we live in a very rural area, I find it really boring exercising by myself,hard to get motivated. Wonder if anyone else has the same problem, maybe we could buddy-up and give each other inspiration!
