Slimming world

hello ladies,

i was thinking of trying the slimming world diet, has any of you ladies done this diet and how did you get on with it? it seems to good to be true! you can eat loads on it including pasta and potatoes! bit scared of trying it incase i put weight on!
i tried the lemon detox diet a few weeks ago but every day i thought i was going to pass out! wasn't for me.
look forward to hearing from anyone who has tried slimming world.
