Cambridge diet day 12!
so this is day 12 of the cambridge diet....
i have to say this week has probably been harder than my first...
my first week i was purely on the tetra packs, 3 a day and i managed to lose 11lbs  this week i've started having the porridge in the morning, a shake at lunch and a soup for dinner.
i really don't mind the tastes of anything, but then again i'm not fussy hence why i got this size!!!
if i'm going by the BMI i should probably lose about... 6 stone. but i'm quite happy to lose 3 just now, i think that would make me feel comfortable.
it's my 21st party 7 weeks on saturday and i really don't want to look like a heffalump. i want to be comfortable and not get my pictures back to notice that i have 7 extra chins and 3 spare tyres.
i do think i can do this diet, it's not too difficult when you have an incentive.
i have had a prawn, 2 grapes and a noodle since i started though! i have also had 2 cans of coke zero since i started as my counsellor said it would be alright, but just not to exceed more than 2 cans a day, i try and make them my treat at the end of the week or something and it works.
i am drinking about 3 litres of water a day, aswell as black tea and when i make my soup i always add a bit more water than advised. (makes it last longer!!) haha.
would be great to hear from other people about their experiences.
