Cambridge diet buddies pls

Hi I have just started Cambridge diet! I wanted to some weight before xmas> day 1 today. Have done it before but only lasted a 10 days lost over a stone. I am a stone heavier than when I started.

Anyone who has started th same time as me can u msg me with ur progress pls.
Also anyone who is on the diet around the same height and weight at me can msg me also, just wanted to get a rough idea of how quickly you can loose weight over xmas, even though everyones body is different.
