Cambridge diet and diet coke??

Hi Anyone,
Is diet coke really that bad whilst on the CD?? I love my diet coke and cant do without it! Advice needed. Thanks xx

Hi hun,

diet drinks wont affect your ketosis/weight loss but its advised not to have it as it contains an ingredient that makes you crave food. if you really need one then my cdc limits me to two a day. coke zero is the best one to hav out the lot.
