Double chin

how to get rid of this second chin ,a extra muscular flab ,any advice.

aashish maybe you should try exercising more than you do at the moment. i had a beer belly and double chin and even though i am not where i would like to be i motivated myself to make a dancing game to exercise with and all of the movement made an improvement! also i have to say if you drink or eat fatty foods you should really cut down because it adds on the pounds - something i learned the hard way! anyway good luck with whatever you decide
