I have lost the will-power....

Hi there everyone

I have to admit that at the moment I have lost the will-power for my dieting.

Over the last few months I have had a lot of family worries and this has effected me big time but before that I was doing very well and lost like over 1 and 1/2 stone and I am afraid of putting all that back on.

I need to lose like nearly two dress sizes by July as I bought a load of summer clothes in smaller sizes and I still dont fit in.

Any suggestions for losing it fast but safely.

Don't lose the willpower!

Keep it up! Try mixing some exercise in with your diet, it will help lose the extra weight quicker......swimming is one of the quickest ways to help. I managed to lose half a stone in 2 weeks by swimming every day as well as food control.
Have you tried Gillian McKeith's regime....its not dieting, just changing food habits and it really works (check out her web site). Its more a lifestyle change than any faddy diet and you're more likely to keep the weight off that way. Faddy diets are great in the short term but you're more likely to put the weight back on as soon as you stop.....all that aside.....the GI diet looks really interesting too and I think it works wonders. Again its not a "Diet" just categorising foods into groups and which are good and which are no-no's.

Don't lose the willpower hun!
Think how far you've come, a stone and a half is great!
If you want to lose it quickly, try slimfast, but make sure you eat a proper meal a day too. Or try a detox plan, then gradually reintroduce foods. I saw a really good article in the Dieting section, the meditteranean diet looks good, but I don't think it's very fast.
Jogging makes the weight fall off if that's any help!
