  
Don't lose the willpower hun! Think how far you've come, a stone and a half is great! If you want to lose it quickly, try slimfast, but make sure you eat a proper meal a day too. Or try a detox plan, then gradually reintroduce foods. I saw a really good article in the Dieting section, the meditteranean diet looks good, but I don't think it's very fast. Jogging makes the weight fall off if that's any help! good luck Just kep thinking how pleased you were when you realised you'd lost a stone and a half!
