Just starting rice diet today does it work?

nothing ever works for me i'm at my heavest weight ever. 202lbs. i'd like to lose about 55 lbs. does this work?

I love this diet. I have been on soooo many diets and this is the first time I actually know I am GOING to reach my goal!!! I started in June at 222 lbs and am now 181 lbs. Stick with this diet and you will not be sorry. Good luck!

Struggling with a menu
