9lb in a week! whoop whoop lol

hi guys had my second weigh in and lost 5lb! so overall lost 4lb n 7 days of doing it with out cheating! mind you i have forgotten my blender so my mum just through my breakfast shake down the sink! sooooooo not happy! now im going to have to go with out! is this ok?

ive lost 10 in 2 weeks, not to mention the inches, have you measured yourself yet? dont do without, just open another one. split one on the day that you are going to be weighed.good luck and keep going, andrea

Hi i've just signed up to this site and am desperate to lose weight and fast, both of your storys sound great, and you've both done fantastic would you mind if i asked you for tips. My boyfriend has booked a holiday to thiland for us in April an i have cried nearly every night about the thought of it, Please Help me

Don't cry, petal!

try the 11 day diet. i've lost 8lbs in my first 5 days! i've never lost weight on any other diet before, so this is amazing for me. it costs 23 pounds to join but that's your only payment ever. cheaper than slimfast, slimmingworld, weightwatchers etc. and those things never worked for me anyway. the diet is good proper food. no portion limits. eat as much as you like, so you don't get hungry. diet for 11 days, then 3 cheat days when you can eat anything even junk food if you like, then back to the diet for another 11 days, etc. this confuses your metabolism so it doesn't adjust to the lower calories and stop you losing weight. also you don't feel deprived cos you can treat yourself on your cheat days. try femeherb slimmingpills too. about a fiver for a months worth. good luck. you'll soon be slim again, don't worry. xxx

i have found keeping myself busy whilst on the sole source helps as then you think less about eating. you should consider the cambridge diet as results can be fast! if you are thinking of starting it before i did i started to cut down on my portions for a week and eat healthy and drink lots of water! this helps to prepare ur body for the shock of not eating. i also find it handy to always carry chewing gum (sugar free) with me as i chew on that whilst my frends eat, it seems to help.
