Hope everyone is doing well with their weight loss, just thought I'd post my results as I haven't been on here for a while.
Week 1 = 8 lbs Week 2 = 6 lbs Week 3 = 7 lbs Week 4 = 1 lbs Week 5 = 3 lbs Week 6 = 5 lbs Week 7 = 1 lbs Week 8 = 7 lbs Week 9 = 5 lbs Week 10 = 2 lbs Week 11 = 2 lbs Week 12 = 4 lbs
TOTAL = 51 lbs

week 9 and i've lost a total of 36lbs and 23 inches. 5 more weeks to hols and will hopefully be in a size 18.

Results
Hi all
Ive just weighted in and its day 32. It seems that i have lost 16 lb this week!!!! Yep you read it right. Im a little blown away by this. I have done sole source again this week with no problems lots of water and an amazing abundance of energy and i knew that some had gone but this is a serious weight loss. I feel fine and am not hungry at all and am starting the gym today coz i need to start toning up big time. Do you think this weight loss is ok???? That 37 lb in 32 days. Im happy with it so maybe i shud shut up and go with it eh lol

Hi Marce Managed to find the forum again - will have to write it down now! That is fab - 16lbs in a week and you feel good. I am definitely going to do sole source now if that is what you can lose. I'm stuck on 15 lbs total after just over 4 weeks as I have been cheating. Let you know in a couple of weeks results from sole source. Well done again! Is anyone having these kind of results? Jak x

Hi all
Right weigh in day again. Its day 25 and ive lost another 2lbs. Not a major achievement but i have had a really bad 3 days (i was in a car crash and it really affected me and i drank loads and ate my down fall - chocolate) but im back on it as of today and im still really pleased that i lost rather than put it on. Total weight loss for the 25 days is 21 lb so im still happy with this.

Hi
Its day 18 on the cambridge diet and ive lost another 6lb. Total weightloss for the 18 days is 19lb!! And boy am i and others noticing, its a really good feeling. My boss the other day said to me that she didnt know what had happened but in the last 2 weeks ive sumhow blossomed and i have got my spark back. What a great compliament and it made me feel really good about myself. I have struggled a tad these last 3 days but i am due on my period in the next couple of days and am having the odd craving. Ended up having a huge chocolate chip cookie the yesterday but didn't regret it, i just accepted it and moved on. If thats the biggest downfall when im due on then i can accept that.

Week 6
Week 6 weigh in and lost another 4lbs. Total is now 26lbs only 2 more till i get to 2 stone and can't wait! Over a quarter of the way to my goal and feeling great.

first week weighloss was 7lbs can any one tell me how bad you need to have been to put weight on after the first week.I had some fish and chips not as much as I would normally have and then went to nandos and had chicken wings,coleslaw and salad.

hi there, i tend to feel quite fuzzy headed, poor concentration some of the time, did you feel like this at all? craving food but been good so far only in day 5! jess

Hi Jess, keep going its all for good bet you felt great when you stood on the scales that first week. Try drinking more water (make sure its cold) your body will need to work to warm it up i.e.burning calories and it will help with the cravings
