Week 3

Hi after blip on monday last week i only wanted to lose 2lbs to reach my 1st stone.
But lost 3lbs hooray!!
Really focused this week so here goes.

Sorry, my error

i meant 1000-1200 calories, i'm not crazy enough to have 100 cals!

Sorry

(*(*(* whey hey hey hey! *)*)*)

well, I'm at the end of my 3rd week of preparation for Cambridge, still got a week to go but to be honest, I might pospone the appointment.

Been having, minimum 3-4 litres of water every day, no other drinks. One evening meal of between 100-1200 calories. No cheating!

And......

Week 3 = 21 lbs lost

I swear it's the water making a difference, I'm not on the loo nearly as much now. So now 119 lbs to go.

Keep up the good work everyone!

Good luck!!

Hi Debbie

I have moved out to Cyprus and the weight is gradually starting to creep on. Looking at your weight losses has made me rethink the cambridge as I lost the same amount as you, in fact I lost a stone in 3 weeks and then stopped, silly me!! That weight has now come back on and I've come out here for the weather and will be too scared to bare a naked foot at this rate let alone anything else. Decisions, decisions, do you think I would be able to get it abroad?

Trying for 2lbs next week to make a stone (although had a bit of a blip on monday, so fingers crossed)

Yippee!

Hi everyone,

Had another weigh-in today and lost another 4lbs.

Tyhats a whole stone now!!

Realised I made a mistake with my first post, I lost 5lbs in my 2nd week, not 4 as I stated.
Allowed to eat a little proper food now as I've reached BMI 25, and am now not considered overweight.

Inches lost:
Waist-4
Bust-3
Upper-arm-1 (each)
Thigh-2(each)
Hips-2

Week 1- 7lb
Week 2- 5lb
Week 3- +2lb(oops)
Week 4- 4lb

Total 14lbs

Good luck everyone
Debbie xx
