The weight watcher's wendy plan
This is an excellent website, it is from someone named Wendy who has been very successful with Weight Watchers, and has some excellent, proven, tricks of weight loss & keeping it off! Check it out! I've been following her suggestion where you fluctuate your points each day so that your body doesn't get used to the calorie intake & you stop losing weight, and I have lost 15 lbs in about 3 weeks. I realize that I won't continue to lose it this quickly, the first two weeks & lost 11 lbs then just this week I lost 4 more LBS. fluctuating my point intake.
