1st and 5lbs lighter.....

Hi all. Just giving my monthly update. I`ve managed to not cheat once and therefore loose 1st and 5lb in my first month of dieting.
I still have an awful long way to go but this is a pretty good start I reckon. I`ve done it without the aid of powders or meal suppliments, its all been down to ultra healthy eating, no chemicals and sensible exercise.

Sounds good to me.

I`d love a long term diet buggy. I have an awful lot of weight to loose, but am really motivated.
I started my diet doing a really simple detox plan I found in a book. I feel so much better for starting this way as it has got rid of a load of crap from my system.
I think its good when your in our position and need a bit or moral support from another person.
So how much roughly have you got to loose and where are you at regarding dieting at the moment?

congrats on loosing so much in so little time!! Can I ask what plan you followed please? I have lost 1 stone but took 3 months and I have another 5 to loose boohooo! I was thinking of cambridge diet but dont know if i can stomach watery shakes and nothing else!!

what tips do you have?
