hi all new here been reading all the messages cant decide to try lighterlife or not would like some info from people that have tried it thanks.

I have been on LL for 7 weeks now and i have lost over 2stone. Everybody tells me how much better i'm looking..amazing even! that is a real boost. It is not an easy diet but if you can keep yourself focused and count down the days to a new slim you then you will succeed.
you dont actually feel hungry on this diet and your skin glows with all the water you have to drink

Saggy skin?

I'm thinking of doing the LL diet but i'm worried about saggy skin - just wondered if any of you guys have had a problem with saggy skin with this diet?
