Question about glycose-level

Even though,i am not a diabetic,could my Glycose-Level descent much,during making sport or gymnastik,in addition by dieting ? Can it also lead in Hypoglycemia ? Wenn i do it,i sometimes feel a little bit weak,sweating and trembling Arms and Knees.It stops after a mean while,or by eating Candies.
